SMCA is offering first-time one-on-one meetings with the Negotiation Committee. This is a great opportunity for you to discuss any issues or concerns you may have regarding the Collective Bargaining Agreement between SMCA and Local #19. 

This Collective Bargaining affects ALL employers who are signed with Local #19. While only SMCA Member firms will be eligible to vote, ALL signatory employers are offered an appointment.
