The Heavy Metal Summer Experience is a camp that SMACNA’s Western Washington Chapter successfully put together to introduce high school students to the sheet metal trade. These students from undeserved areas and diverse backgrounds were able to complete hands on projects while listening to Shop Foreman and Apprentices about their experiences in the trade.
